Kristen Stewart on Crutches at 2013 Oscars

Looks like Kristen Stewart had a little accident prior to making her way to the red carpet tonight.
The Twilight actress showed up to the Academy Awards strapped to a pair of crutches.
No news on how the apparent accident went down, or whether this is just some trippy means of character study for her next big role…
One thing’s for sure. It’s definitely going to make it awkward for when she presents her award tonight—hope the stage isn’t slippery!
She did look really great in her dress though. She was rocking a Reem Acra dress with Jimmy Choo heels and Fred Leighton jewels. Well, one heel.
